Q2: What’s your minimum order quantity(MOQ)?

Our minimum order quantity is 500 pieces per style.

Q3: What’s the lead time?

For stainless watches, it takes about 2-3 months to be sent out after the deposit and all the details confirmed.

For steel mesh watches, it takes about 3-4 months to be sent out after the deposit and all the details confirmed.

Q4: What’s payment terms?

We accept the following payment terms:

  • Wire transfer (30% deposit,70% balance payment before shipping)
  • Western Union

Q5: What do OEM and ODM mean in watch manufacturing?

Watches OEM means you provide the watch designs or design plan to our factory, our factory is responsible for the production on your watch brand, and we promise never provide the watch designs for any third party.

Watches ODM means you provide watch design solutions and our factory is responsible for production on your watch brand, if you did not request, we can provide the watch designs for a third party.

Q6: Can you make watches with my own logo?

Yes, sure. We can make with your logo if you reached our MOQ. And we offer OEM services to make your custom watches.

Q7: When will you ship the goods?

We usually ship out your package after quality inspection and ensure all the watches pass the test before shipping.

Q8: Can I switch strap color?

Yes, our sales department will send you a catalog to select the strap color, if you need custom color and order in bulk, we can custom the color for you.

Q9: What is your quality control process?

We usually process the following tests to ensure quality before shipping :

  • Water Resistance Testing(3-100 ATM)
  • Drop Test
  • High and low-temperature testing
  • UV light testing
  • Artificial Sweat test

Q10: What does ATM mean?

ATM means atmosphere. It is a measurement of the amount of the pressure a watch can withstand.  1 ATM= 10 meters or 33.3 feet. A watch must be at least 3 ATM (30 meters or 100 feet) water resistant.
